Meet the Director

Tiffani Threet, Executive Director

Before I was employed with Children’s Learning Centers, I was a parent. When the opportunity arose to become a teacher with CLC, I accepted and my career began. From working as a toddler teacher to becoming an assistant director, my love for working with children and their families grew. I became a director at Mary Miles in 2003, opened Curtis Flemming in 2010, became Director of Operations in 2012, promoted to Assistant Executive Director in 2020 and accepted the Executive Director position officially on January 1, 2026. I graduated with my Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from Amarillo College in 2012 and in 2025 completed the Lead ‘Em Institute for Non-Profit Organizations through Amarillo Area Foundation.

In all of my management positions with CLC, my goals have always been to provide support to staff to provide quality care to all children in our care. Being a part of our families’ village is an honor and my hope is that everyone who enters CLC doors leaves feeling like they are part of something great.

As a working mom of three children who all attended a CLC center, I know the value of having a safe, healthy, and educational environment for children to attend while parents are working. Moving forward, my focus is ensuring all families are supported, all children receive quality care, and CLC employees feel valued.
